One decision maker
Someone empowered to approve designs and settle disagreements. Committees are the single largest cause of delay.
Six stages, clear documents at every step, and no invoice without an agreed milestone behind it.
The most common complaint we hear about previous developers is not poor code โ it is silence. Weeks pass, invoices arrive, and nobody can say what was built. Our process exists to make that impossible.
Every engagement produces the same artefacts: a written proposal, a sprint plan, a weekly demo build on a private link, a short written summary each Friday, and a documented handover at the end. You can read the whole history of your project at any time.

We ask what the business does, who will use the software, what currently happens instead, and what the deadline is driven by. You leave the call with an initial opinion on feasibility and a rough budget band, even if you never hire us.
A written document listing deliverables, milestones, technology choices, assumptions, explicit exclusions, payment schedule and timeline. Larger projects begin with a paid discovery phase so the estimate is based on analysis rather than optimism.
Wireframes, then a clickable prototype covering the main journeys. We review it together, adjust, and only then freeze the scope of the first development phase.
Each sprint has a written goal. At the end you receive a staging link, a five-minute recorded walkthrough, and a list of what moved. Feedback from a demo becomes the top of the next sprint's list.
Manual testing on real devices, automated checks on critical paths, performance and accessibility passes, then deployment to your hosting. Handover includes documentation, credentials, a recorded training session and a fourteen-day free bug-fix window.
Optional monthly care plan with monitoring, backups, updates and included change hours โ or a simple hourly arrangement if your needs are occasional.
Projects run late for predictable reasons. These four commitments prevent almost all of them.

A short standing call to review the sprint demo and answer questions. Missed reviews push the schedule.
Logos, copy, product data and credentials for systems we must integrate with, supplied at the agreed dates.
Feedback within three business days at each approval point keeps the delivery date intact.
We choose mature technology with long support windows and a large hiring pool, so you are never trapped by an unusual choice we made.
Send us a short description of what you need. Daniel or a senior engineer will reply within one business day with honest feedback, a rough budget range and a realistic timeline โ no sales scripts.
