Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to keeping enterapp.co usable for visitors with disabilities, what we have implemented, and how to report a barrier.
On this page
1. Our commitment
EnterApp builds software for a living, so we hold our own website to the standard we ask clients to accept. We want every visitor, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings, to be able to read our content and contact us without difficulty.
2. Conformance standard
We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. "Aim for conformance" means the site has been designed and reviewed against those criteria; it is an ongoing target rather than a certification, and we correct issues as they are found.
3. Measures taken
- Semantic HTML with correct heading order and landmark regions on every page.
- A "Skip to main content" link as the first focusable element.
- Visible focus outlines on all interactive elements, and full keyboard operability including the navigation menu, accordions and the contact form.
- Text and interface colours checked to meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images marked so screen readers skip them.
- Form labels tied to their inputs, required fields announced, and confirmation messages exposed through a live region.
- Support for the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting: all animation and smooth scrolling is disabled when your system requests it. - Layouts that reflow to 320px width and remain usable at 200% zoom.
4. Known limitations
Some legacy PDF documents supplied by clients and linked from case studies may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Where that is the case we will supply an accessible alternative on request. Third-party embeds, if we add any in future, may not meet the same standard, and we will note them here.
5. Compatibility
The site is tested with recent versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, and with the NVDA and VoiceOver screen readers. It may not work as intended in browsers released more than four years ago.
6. Reporting a problem
If you encounter a barrier on enterapp.co, please tell us. Email admin@enterapp.co or call +1 (615) 802-7124 with the page address and a description of the difficulty. We acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and aim to resolve confirmed issues within ten business days. If you need information from a page in another format — large print, plain text or read over the phone — ask and we will provide it.
7. Review schedule
We audit the site against WCAG 2.1 AA at least twice a year and after any significant redesign. This statement was last reviewed on the date shown at the top of the page.
