EnterApp ("EnterApp", "we", "us" or "our") respects the privacy of everyone who visits https://enterapp.co/ ("the site") and everyone who contacts us or becomes a client. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we look after it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

By using the site or sending us an enquiry you confirm that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site or submit information to us.

2. Who we are

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you give us directly

• Contact form and email enquiries: your name, company name, business email address, telephone number, the service and budget range you select, and the content of your message.
• Client engagements: billing details, contract information, the names and contact details of staff we work with, and any project material you send us.
• Telephone calls: notes taken during a call. We do not record calls.

3.2 Information collected automatically

• Server logs: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages requested, and the date and time of each request. These logs are generated by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookies: a small number of cookies and equivalent local-storage entries, described in section 7 and in our Cookie Policy.

3.3 Information we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, payment card numbers through this website, biometric data, precise geolocation, or special categories of sensitive personal information. Invoices are paid through separate banking or payment-processor channels that we do not host.

4. How we use information

• To answer enquiries, prepare proposals and quotes, and schedule calls.
• To deliver, support and maintain the services a client has engaged us for.
• To issue invoices and keep accounting records required by law.
• To keep the website secure, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse or fraud.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages visitors find useful so we can improve them.
• To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your details with advertising networks, and we do not add enquiry contacts to marketing mailing lists without a separate, explicit opt-in.

5. Legal bases and consent

Where you submit an enquiry, we process your details on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it. Where you become a client, processing is necessary to perform our contract with you. Optional analytics cookies are set only after you give consent through the cookie banner, and you may withdraw that consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers who help us operate: our web hosting provider, email provider, accounting software and, where applicable, an analytics provider. Each is bound by its own contractual confidentiality obligations and processes data on our instructions.
• Professional advisers such as our accountant, where necessary and under confidentiality.
• Legal requirements: where disclosure is required by law, court order or a lawful request from a public authority.
• Business transfer: if the business is sold or reorganised, records may transfer to the new owner, who would remain bound by this policy until it is lawfully replaced.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses strictly necessary storage to remember your cookie choice, and optional analytics only where you have accepted it. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. Full detail, including how to refuse or delete cookies, is in our Cookie Policy.

8. Data retention

• Enquiries that do not become projects: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client project records and correspondence: kept for the duration of the engagement and for 7 years afterwards, in line with US accounting and limitation periods.
• Invoices and financial records: kept for 7 years as required for tax purposes.
• Server logs: retained by our hosting provider for a rolling period of up to 12 months.

9. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to client data is limited to team members who need it for the work, protected by unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where the platform supports it. Backups are encrypted and stored in United States data centres. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take these measures seriously we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals and any required authority without undue delay, in accordance with California Civil Code §1798.82.

10. Your privacy rights

Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold personal information about you and provide a copy;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
• restrict or object to particular uses of your information;
• withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Send requests to admin@enterapp.co. We respond within 30 days and may ask a question or two to verify your identity before acting. Exercising these rights is free and will never result in worse service.

11. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared; the right to request deletion; the right to correct inaccurate information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

EnterApp does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and has not done so in the preceding twelve months. Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not offer a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism; you may still submit any of the requests above by email or telephone. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission that we can verify.

12. Children's privacy

Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

13. International visitors

EnterApp operates from the United States and our infrastructure is located in the United States. If you contact us from another country, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States, where data-protection law may differ from the law of your own jurisdiction.

14. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites, for example an app store listing or a client's own site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please read their policies before providing information to them.

15. Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least annually. When we make a material change we update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and, for existing clients, notify the account contact by email. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
