Projects are split into milestones. A 30% deposit confirms the schedule; the remainder is invoiced as each milestone is accepted. Nothing is billed in advance of work.

Ranges are indicative and exclude third-party costs such as hosting, app store fees, SMS credits and paid APIs, which are billed to your own accounts at cost. Written quotes are valid for thirty days.
Commercial terms
How billing works
Change requests
New requirements are quoted in writing before any work begins. You approve or decline; we never apply an unapproved change to an invoice.
Payment methods
ACH transfer, business check or card (card payments carry the processor's fee). Invoices are due net 14 unless your agreement states otherwise.
What's always included
Written proposal, weekly demos, testing, documentation, a training session and a fourteen-day free bug-fix window after launch.
Ownership
On final payment, all custom source code and design files transfer to you, with repositories and accounts registered under your business.
Cancellation
Either side may end a project between milestones. You pay for completed work only and receive everything produced so far — see our Refund Policy.
